WotLK No addon folder available, after installing Wrath

Dear all.
I installed Wrath according to the guides, but after installation no add-on folder was available anywhere? Is there a solution to this, since the standard UI is not me.
All help is appreciated, I hope you will all have a great day!

after your first login with a character it will be automatically created.

Assuming you're talking about the windows wotlk client on the warmane download page:
1. Download it.
2. Run it and log into your account.
3. Run around the zone/continent/entire world for a while, let the game generate its stuff in the folder.
4. Exit the game and start modding it however you like.

Even if you just download the client and manually created the gamedir\Interface\Addons folder, it's perfectly fine to start putting your addons in, they'll load regardless(assuming you enable the "load out-of-date addons" option on the char select screen).

I did every thing to try an get the folders to be created in the wowdir but no folders even tried making a interface/ addons folder and still not working what am I doing wrong ??

Can you better explain your problem?
If you have just download the client do this first:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

Then:
-> enter in-game with a character -> close the game
So an "Interface -> Addons" folder is automatically created
