WotLK Character Rename

Hi, I was wondering if there was any character renaming service, or character undelete feature.

Basically I had a Paladin named Kirkwood, level 55, and I wanted to replace him with a Death Knight called Kirkwood.

So I created a randomly named DK called Otey and deleted Kirkwood, and then was going to create the replacement DK and delete Otey. But then I found out that you can only have 1 Death Knight per server so... Now I'm stuck with a DK with the wrong name and no Paladin. I hope this wasn't too confusing and hope you can help! Thanks
