WotLK Crashing whenever I Walk around Dala

Hi. so whenever i walk around dala for any reason there is a good chance the game will crash and say "lack of memory". I have enough memory for wow and games beyond wow but this happens very often. is there a fix for this or does everyone get this to happen to them. any answers are appreciated, thx.
