Technical Download doesnt work?

So i havnt played in a while , i tried redownloading and it went all through the download. but when i try to run the game it doesnt work, i notice i dont have all the files, like Addon package, and all that? is there something wrong with the download? iv tried redownloading it but same thing its like i dont have all the files

We can't help if you with the info you've given. You basically just said you don't have all files downloaded..
How does it not work? Nothing opens? Are you opening WoW.exe and not the Launcher.exe? Do you get to the login screen? Did you make sure you tagged all things when you put it to download? Did you check your antivirus - seen if it quarantined some of the items?

Addon folder will be generated when you first run WoW.exe

(Force) Check download with your torrent client. If nothing seems to be wrong, quit torrent. Cut paste the contents to new folder. Run the WoW.exe and see what happens.
