WotLK Abandoned HOR HC attunement questline what should I do ??

Hi, by accident I abandoned HOR HC attunement quest line and I have no idea which quests I already finished. I can enter FOS HC and POS HC but when try to enter HOR HC I get message that I need to complete Deliverance from the Pit quest. I looked up whole questline but I have no idea at which point I abandoned it. Any ideas what can I do???????

I looked it up but cant take any quest in PoS

After you kill Garfrost questgiver NPC should appear there offering the quest.
