WotLK How to disable mercenary mode?

So i already unchcked mercenary mode in the account settings 3 times and restarted the game but everytime i still join horde.

I think you have to join a party with the party leader having it also turned off or something of the sort I've read long time ago. It's a bug that still isn't fixed.

Iam playing with my brother and he also have the bug and we dont have another player with disabled mode. Is there a way to contact support? 6 bg´s already all horde =/
