    Looking for anwsers....

    So i have been with Warmane (molten wow) since 2014 . back than i donated (contributed) allot . i have delt with the whole database coruption back in molten wow and got coins refunded and stil had premium status at that point.

    so now i got bored of annything else and decided to hop onto this server again and to my surprise everything has been removed , my characters , premium status , payment history, everything....

    so doing some research there isnt much info to when or why . only that there was a merge with some server.


    can someone fill me in to as why i lost everything (again) including my premium status

    maybe your characters were on realms that have been closed.

    Btw it is weird that you have lost "premium" status.
    "payment history" has been removed for everyone.
    You can still check https://www.warmane.com/account/history > "Marketplace" section to see where you have spent your Coins.
