Hello,we went into a raid where i was the raid leader and the loot master,we went to that raid just so my girlfriend can complete her quest for shadowmourne, but i took the items in me by mistake because i was the loot master and i will like to give her the quest items which are "Festergut's Acidic Blood" and "Rotface's Acidic Blood".Can u please assist me my character name is Raggonzz and hers is Necrotis and we are both in Icecrown. I spoke with one of the GM and he told me that i can submit a ticket and it should be possible in the range of 24 hours!

That's for item misbuys - when you buy an item on the store for wrong character. Refunding items in-game or moving them to other characters isn't possible. GM misunderstood you.
