WotLK Battle for the Undercity quest bug

Hello guys!

Started Battle for the Undercity quest, when i got it from Rokhan, battle was already in progress, text in top of the screen was "The Horde is battling for the courtyard". Entered city to check it, discovered that Trall and Sylvana stay in courtyard and nothing happens (they dont move forward, no enemies and etc.)

Waited a bit (like 20 minutes), everything was the same. Resets of the quest, relogs didn't fix this problem. Server restart didn't fixed this too, they just stay in courtyard.

How can i reset this encounter? Want mostly because i can't reach Ogrimmar and UC (they are quest-altered)

Open a ticket in-game and seek assistance there. They'll port you out of the phase.
