i would like to start this post by pointing out few things just incase someone asks for them
** i do not use any sites to buy gold for warmane
** i do not donate on the warmane site ( cus its not even available in my country), just incase someone asked if i had lots of gold listed on the site for coins
**i do not give my account info to other people and i have never done it and no one plays on my account / char
** i did't give my gold to anyone by accident via trading OR mailbox
** i play warmane's wotlk on my personal labtop and no one in my house knows it's password not knows what WOW even is
** i did't download anything in the past months leading up to this (incase anyone asks if i downloaded something like a virus)
** all the gold that i have made down to the last copper is made by me legitimately and was being saved to buy 3 mounts for my mountain o mounts achiv
** a fact that i want to point out is that few weeks ago i got scammed out of 12k gold ( and iam not here to discuss whos vault is it ( me or the scammer ) and i have 4+ screenshots to prove it)
** i have a screenshot from about a week ago of me having 35k(if you look closely) gold while my bag was opened, i was planning on reporting this mage for spamming portals on top of the orgrimmar portal in dalaran taken on Monday, September 13, 2021, 11:57:24 PM ( the date is taken from the img itself https://imgur.com/a/9XAexj2 ) sry about bad mouthing the mage but i had to go org to meet a guildmate (this problem happens alot recently btw
**(NOTHING ELSE was taken from my char and every item that was in my bank / bag / on my char is in its place
to get straight to the point i was playing few days ago and did some ZG and then went into a ICC10 with a friend then did MT (a tbc dng) then loged of and went to sleep. woke up the next day and was doing a daily and when i was checking for something in my bah i noticed that i had lost 48k gold and all i had left in my bag was 198 gold pieces. i have NO idea what happened to my gold and that gold like i said earlier was being saved to buy something. i made a ticket about it and here it is ( https://imgur.com/a/pl24hHY )
i have lost 48k and all i want to know is what happened to that gold that i spent month on saving
a while ago i did get scammed and reported that scammed to the gms in a ticket and added the 4 screenshots and nothing came out of it
can anyone pls help me find out what happened ? i dont donate and sell coins so that amount of gold is a big hit to me
i have started to work on getting some of that gold back but iam not even clost to half way there

Perhaps you have weakaura addon? some people out there usually put a script where they automatically send your gold to their char when near a mailbox, i mean it happens in classic wow dont know if it can happened here in a private server

i have never used a weekaura before but i have seen a streamer highlight of him getting scammed by one of these on wow classic ( i think he lost around 30k or so not sure )

You should be able to see IPs from which your account has been logged in, see if there are some. If that's the case, you probably got phished, used same acc name and password in some other game/pserver/email/etc.
If you did not install any new addons before it happened, especially some "cool edited" ones, there are only few options, someone logged your acc, you wasted your gold while drunk or something or there was actually some glitch in the system.
Either way, you should open a ticket, probably write an email since you dont have access to tickets on site. Maybe they will give you a hint of what happened and make sure there is no bug in the system.
In the end - you will not get anything back. Secure your acc, be more thoughtful about your stuff, start farming again.

Yes, the gold is lost no matter what proofs you have, what you can do is be nice enough and write a friendly email to them requesting for information if such is available

i did look at the IPs which was the first thing that i did after finding it out.
i also did start farming by selling enchants and other stuff but iam not even half way there

they did't even respond to my ticket
lol they might even ask me in the email to make an ingame ticket about it which will be soul crushing

They responded to every single of mine (total of two). But people tend to forget its human beings on the other side of that mail address. I can imagine the number of mails written daily.

They are not human beings. Because if they were, their response would at least look like a human being wrote the response. Every time they respond to my tickets, I always get the same exact message to visit the bugtracker...

so theyre humans sick of people using tickets instead of the bug tracker and reply with copy paste cuz youre not worth answering with more

If you make a ticket about something they can't help you with, they often respond with a standard message instead of writing each person a personalized message saying the same thing. They have lots of tickets to respond to. If you are repeatedly getting responses to visit the bug tracker, you might be using the support system incorrectly.
