Technical pre quest for the knights of the ebon blade

soo i did the quest from dalaran to the battleship for horde to start the pre quest for the knights of the ebon blade, once i completed it, there is no quest to start anywhere in the ship. the blood elf or any other npcs dont have any quest please help. is it bugged or am i doing something wrong ?
