WotLK Joining BGs with Blackrock

Hi, I`m playing at Icecrown and want to join BGs with a friend from Blackrock.
Is it possible to join together?

no, it is not.
You guys may strart the queue at the same moment to increase the chance to end up in the same BG
Or to queue "specific BG" instead of "Random Bg" (this should increase even more the chance to end up in the same BG)

Also, you may create a character on Blackrock to play with him
