WotLK Fishing dailies

For a 2nd day in a row I cant for the life of me fish out a quest item for Dalaran daily. Usually was able to catch it in 2-4 casts. Now 40+ casts in - no item.
Anyone else experiencing this, or is it just me?

The one in the sewer takes a bit longer, then one at the Dalaran prison is usually instant cast. Pretty weird ngl.

For some reason now you need to be grand master fisherman to do fishing dailyes,you can take quest but quest items will drop only if you are grand master fisherman so you need to have 350 fishing to do quest.

The recommended skill level (base skill + pole + lure) for Dalaran is 430, at that point you have a 67% chance to catch fish.
