i joined RS25 Normal Pug raid we completed the raid and downed Halion, but to our surprise we couldn't access to the the loot and no loot icon was showen not a loot window, and we noticed we didn't get the 3xEmpblems of Frost, that usualy get when you kill Halion, the instance ID 15924318, does it happen regualry of it's just a bizzare indicent that rarely happen

What percentage was your corporeality at when he died? If your raid was bursting him too much in the physical you could've killed him when his corporeality was high and he was shifting into the twilight realm completely, meaning that he isn't dead but still alive in the Twilight realm and all your seeing dead is a "phased mob". I'm not sure how thats scripted but that would be my guess. There really isn't a reason to make a ticket though, a GM isn't going to give you any items nor is it likely they will respond within in the 2 hour timer on the loot.
