I have problem with FPS. Idk I have Nvidia 2070 Super. And have problems with fps, then I go in its 144. after some time 50, then 40, then 20. Mouse cursore laging. What to do?

Menu > video > disable "hardware cursor"

I had off this option. its overal about fps.. just drop.. why?

It's old game, optimization is weird.
