Technical character glitched and stuck

I died and I can't access my body and when I go to the nearest graveyard, there is no spirit healer. I've tried logging out in front of the spirit healer, /reloading, and now am out of options. I've also tried running out into the ocean to trigger fatigue so that my ghost would die, and then tried to return to that spot, but I can't access a res there either. Not sure what I can do from here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
