icc 25 doesnt work on this server! me and my friend tried to enter instance and everytime we enter in the icc 25 our game crash! we waited for 1.5 hours to make a raid and lost 1.5 hours of our life!

Delete Cache folder. If it doesn't fix it, you'll have to redownload the game - you most likely have a corrupt file. And for your sake I'm hoping you're not using the ******ed "updated" models.
Also, why are you so upset over 1.5 hours out of literally 700k hours of your life that you have?

Is it just the two of you who couldn't enter the instance, or was it the entire raid group? Because if it's the former, you have a massive common sense problem. AND you probably need to download a fresh unmodified client as suggested.

Of course it works on this server, the server would be dead if it didn't...
and try the fixes other's have recommended
