Hi I can't log in on my acc because I'm not getting any Authentication email. I tryed to remove the Authenticator but it says email sending failed. Any ideas?

do you mean this account used to open this thread? In this case I guess you mean "in-game autentication" only, right?
Wait a few more minutes, if no mail yet:
go here: https://www.warmane.com/account -> security -> remove "Enable in-game protection" for a moment -> log in game -> enable in-game protection again
If you are talking about a different account, then:
https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve -> Two Factor auth removal -> click with your mouse on "RETRIEVE"
If nothing work, send an email to [email protected] for support
