Why I am getting banned for needing on BoE.
First of all my main chars are 6k+ gs and i joined RDF HC to gain some reputation,
after looting I needed on BoE for my low level chars.
Second i didn't joined for items from bosses and instead of appreciating your help , kids report you and you get banned ??
You cannot bann people for such things , we play this game to have fun and not cancer from stupid kids that didn't won the BoE.
If game masters have any questions or they can explain to me why noone asked me about the situation , but instead im getting 5 day bann ?
I can always start lying about people ninja looting ( that i dont like ).
The system is just wrong..
Remove the bann.

You are supposed to press need only if you actually need the item on that character for the current spec. If you need it for offspec, another character or any other reason, you are supposed to press greed.
When you break the rules, nobody is going to ask you anything about it. You just get banned.

What qualifies as ninja?
- Player need rolling (group loot) on items which he cannot even use.
- In RDF needing on items for Off-Spec (unless everyone in party is explictly fine with this).
- Need rolling for other players to have 2 or more roll chances at one item.
- Kicking players from raid for no reason, especially before distributing loot from boss kill that they participated in.
Do you understand that i needed on BOE , and not on item that is from boss or something.
There is a big difference between that

Do you see the ninja looting policy mentioning any difference between boss loot and BoE items? It applies the same way to all items that drop in a dungeon.

I don't know if they have some internal policies that exclude green items but it might be possible to get banned for it. That's why you should press greed instead of need in such cases.
There are 2 reasons for it:
1. Someone in the group might actually need the item for their current spec.
2. Even if nobody needs it for their current spec, those who follow the rules and want it for some other reason will press greed. By pressing need, you are taking priority over them, which is not how it should be.

Yes , if someone needs it for current spec i would trade him.
What if I want to use it for Herald of Titans , then it counts because it was tank shoulders and im tank.
Either way his intention was in winning and selling.
There are so many points , but these rules should be for main items in dungeons and not for green / BOE or imagine how many banned people willl be per day if everybody follow these rules.
Should I wait for game master or someone from Warmane team to respond on this post or its lost cause and i have to wait 5 days ?

I am not sure about that one but I don't think there are any exceptions for it.
With the current rules, selling has same priority as offspec or getting it for another character. Those are all supposed to press greed.
This forum section is for players to help other players. Staff members usually don't reply to threads here and especially not GM's.
You could make a ban appeal using support system on website here: https://www.warmane.com/account/support
But ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take about a week. So you most likely won't get your ban lifted sooner anyway. But that's the intended way of asking for a ban to be removed or reduced. Posting on forum doesn't help with that.
