WotLK "Could not log in at this time" error message when trying to log in.

I've tried everything including reinstalling the entire client, deleting everything except for the realmlist and language lines in the config.WTF file AND I also scoured the forums for a fix. I could not find anything that will fix my issue.

I haven't tried to log in for some time, but I just got the urge to play tonight and this really bummed me out. Could anyone steer me in the right direction?

Can't access WoW for the past 2 days, always get this message (in subject).

My realmlist and config files are good.

Deleted cache and WTF folders.

Changed the password.

Nothing helps.
