Technical FPS drops when mouseover anything

Hey!

just started playing here and whenever I move my cursor my FPS drops from 120 >10.

any idea what can be causing this?`

No addons installed

it is caused by a recent nvidia driver

there are 2 different solutions:
1. downgrade to a previous driver version
2. (in-game) Menu -> video -> disable "hardware cursor"
