WotLK Can't get the silver tournament Spear ?

Hello all,
I did not found any topic about that
I just get to the silver tournament and I see the most of the PNJ in doble, and when I take the begning quests the PNJ does not give me the spear.

Sis anyone else had this ?

EDIT : just resolved sorry, had to click on the rack next to outside..
