1. Refund of coins

    Hello, I accidentally purchased Sharpened Twilight Scale for a wrong character. I ment to bu it for rogue but I accidentally bought it for mage. In the mailbox I clicked "return". Is there a possibility for a refund?

    Ticket/email must be sent within 24 hours of the purchase.

  3. Is it possible to send a donated item i recived on my mage character? I accidentally bought armor penetration trinket and it is useless for a mage, and i would like to send it to my rogue. Is there any way of doind that?

  4. Refund the item and use the coins to buy it for the correct character.

  5. The thing is, that I realized it after like 25 hours after the purchase. So there is no wayI can return the item by the standard conditions.
    I was wondering if there is a way to make a exception and refund the item after 24 hours ( the item was never used by the Mage and is still in the mailbox.)

  6. Did you send an email two days ago like Mitzen suggested?

    Asking for an exception because of passing the threshold by an hour could likely work and Support give you a chance. If you waited two days past the 24 hours it might be a different case, though. You could still try, and link this thread in the email to show you were trying to find out how to do it before the period was over.

  8. It can take up to a week at times for Support to reply, and we are on Holidays season too.
