WotLK Frostmourne Season Ending (Relentless Gladiator Season)

Hello there, since i cant get help from Ingame tickets i thought maybe its better to seek help here.
Frostmourne season ended 3 days ago (21st December)
I was rank 1 in Solo Queue and i recieved all achievments as i was supposed to.
First day i had all titles that i was supposed to have.
Second day i lost my gladiator title for no reason at all.
Third day i lost duelist title.
Also i didnt recieve titles such as Warbringer, Plainsrunner. I was supposed to recieve them.
I wrote ingame ticket for help they just linked me forum about Season 21 Ending which is supposed to wipe all titles, now i understand that titles are supposed to get wiped, but i dont understand one thing at all.
Titles are supposed to get wiped 1 season after you recieve them, NOT ONE DAY !
Can i get some help here, where should i seek for help, its really annoying.

Also id like to say that GMs "Forgot" to wipe Arena points after this seasons ending.
