Technical died and cannot rez

I died in icecrown. It sent my spirit to the spirit healer, but my spirit is just laying on the ground. I cannot move. I cannot interact with the spirit healer. I am just stuck there. I logged another character to see if i could find my body and have someone rez me, but my body has disappeared.
