    what error message do you get?

    Keep in mind you need to enable 2-step authentication for at least 3 days to use "Trade"

    Also, the coins you have gained via "Gift" and "Trade" can be used only on "Store" and "Service" for the first 3 days (afterward they become usable everywhere)
