Technical Icecrown is lagging realy hard for more than 2h

My ms on speedtest is below 30 but in game for past 2h is 200-600 and we are not even in prime time and server dont have any que atm any one can call someone who can fix this or restart server

Meanwhile, ppl and guilds keep hosting 25 man raids like nothing is happening (i've cleared 4 raids in past 24 hours, nothing interrupted my game experience, playing from Russia BTW).
Your ISP may have problems with route to Warmane, that's all. Warmane itself are not interested in moving servers to cause more lag,.neither they do something with it on weekly basis just for lulz. Yes, they do have holidays flood, but it was expected.
