WotLK Recover character

Hi i made a character long time ago on Frostmourne server but it was on the first season, i can't find it anymore is there any way i can recover it on icecrown ?

you need to "manually" move to Icecrown realm:
https://www.warmane.com/account > service
Select "Frostmourne - S1" as realm

Tried this, found ONE character that i made to block the name from a character that i transfered from the old TBC realm. But thats all i can find out of my characters....

I guess what you did is tried to lock name for yourself. Since Frostmourne S1 is over, all chars below lvl 10 are deleted. All other characters are available for transfer in Service page of account management
