WotLK Hunter missing

I'm a returning player and I had a hunter lvl 80 with full pvp gear.
Now my problem is that my hunter is missing from the account.
Is there anything that can be done about it?

1. When did you play last time?

2. On Which realm?

3. Did you look for your character just on website or even in-game by logging with a client?
If no characters on website -> it means they are flagged for a rename so you need to log with client to set new names

4. Is your account premium?
