Ive been leveling a Paladin, and more often then not loot I have won in dungeons just doesn't show up in my inventory..
Its happened with Mail/Auctions too..
I thought perhaps it could have been a low level thing, so I boosted to 80 and even some of the boost gear disappeared and didnt show up in my inventory from the mailbox.
Ive ran a few dungeons since 80 boost and none of the gear I have won in rolls I have either.

Lots of gear not showing up after looting/mail/winning rolls, etc.

Are you sure that it's not a problem with your addons?

Disabled all addons and what do you know.. Tons of gear lol..
