WotLK Banned for "ninja" Unable to appeal ban

I've been banned for apparently ninjaing gear in normal dungeons which is completely wrong and when I try to appeal the ban it says I'm unable to appeal it. I'm about to gear for heroics and all the gear I have is specific to my spec nothing out of the ordinary I ask the mods to check my account and reconsider my 5 day ban for a crime I didn't commit.

EDIT: Tried to appeal again and the ticket went through this time CLOSED

What exactly does it say when you try to appeal?
The only case I can remember where a non-IP related ban gets refused by the website to open an appeal is when someone has been banned from using Support due to past abuses.

Just says This ban is unable to be appealed idk why its the first time I've ever been hit with anything since I've started playing. I just want to know why I was falsely banned.

I saw your edit, so guess it was just a hiccup on the website.
About why you got the ban, more than likely because you rolled Need on gear that didn't match the role you queued for, like playing Tank and using Need for DD gear or the like. That's what seems to be the most common cause.

I think that's what it was too just the website not letting it go through as for the ban i have an addon that makes it so i can't need on loot that isn't for me so idk hopefully i get more information through the ticket.
