Is anyone playing dungeons there ?

Im new at wow tbh and just hit max lvl. Idk how to grind from there cuz no one is playing dungeons. Is it common to ignore these and focus on something else and then start to play pvp ?

Do you mean no one looks for dungeon on /global chat or via "Dungeon Finder" tool?

Icecrown and I mean that no one is in queue to Dungeon Finder

Are you on Ally on Icecrown? I've had the same issue since faction changing. The short answer is, no, they aren't, at least not in PUG's. Horde does way more random PvE than Ally, so that could be the cause of the wait times for you.

People don't que Random (Normal) Dungeons too much, gear you are getting is mostly low end compared to alternatives, apart from few pieces. What you can do is que Specific dungeons, ones that require 77+ to get some semidecent gear pieces that will boost your ilvl ->

Everyone uses gold/crafting/quests/enter by foot some dungeons(fos,pos,hor) to get enough gear to que for Random Heroic. Then they grind Heroic dungeons for EoT.
