Technical screen issues

So i have a few screen issues. They all appear slowly and over time. My best guess is at the 2 hour mark of playing. At login everything is perfect (imagine like 2K resolution and 60+ fps) but the more i play my screen lowers the resolution of my game and drops frame rate dramatically. It drops to the point that when we encounter a boss, in 25 man raid ofc, it can freeze my screen on boss phases. One example of this is spikes on Lord Marrowgar. My screen froze for over 2 mins. And nothing i could do. No in-game sound or movement, but i could hear my mates over discord talking.

All of this can be resolved with /reload lol. It's like reloading restarts my game and turns 2K and 60 fps instantly.. But why? And is there an option to turn on in-game or out of the game, so that i don't have to reload every 30 mins of my game..

Not sure if this matters, but i sometimes get a message in chat "interface action failed because of an addon". Could one of my addons be screwing with me?

i'm not very tech savvy. Please help.

If it is fixed after reloading then it's very likely to be a problem with your addons.

in-game menu -> Interface -> Help -> enable "disaply lua errors"

So anytime an addon couse errors -> a pop up will be disaplyed
