WotLK How does warmane work?

Hey!
I played Wrath back in the days and liked it.
Now I found Warmane and wanted to ask, how it works?
Should I start on the most populated server for PvE or will there be new server which I should wait for?
As you see I like to play PvE and want to ask, where is the best place to start and is it worth it?

If you're new here I'd recommend you wait for April and start on Frostmourne after it resets. It progresses through all patches of WotLK gradually giving the chance to experience whole WotLK.
