WotLK My characters are deleted

Help my characters are gone what can i do? I haven't played wow since 2021 in the beginning

There are 4 options:
1. You were playing on Frostmourne. Go yo "My account > services > Frostmourne S1". You will see list of characters that can transfer to Icecrown realm and continue playing them.
2. You characters were low lvl and your account is basic (non premium). Then they were deleted in last inactivity clean-up.
3. Your characters were flagged for rename, thus you can not see them on website. Log into game and rename manualy.
4. Someone broke into your account, sold characters and gifted coins to his main acc. In this case, you will be able to refund only items that were bought using coins
