Cant level, cant farm anything above 40

Any contested territory has at least 1 lvl 80 horde harassing low level players. This is ridiculous. You cant do anything above 40 apart from RDF.

I'm in the process of leveling an Alliance toon and I haven't met a single Horde that killed me and I leveled in STV AND Tanaris AND Un'goro. So, please..
