WotLK i cant recover my account and support dont care how can i get my account back?

i have all information about my account billing emails from warmane but they still are not giving my account back how can i fix this problem and why they are not asking its hacked sold or gifted? 3 days i am trying to get my warlock back and they even dont care idk what they are thinking but i am asking my own account nothing more

Clearly says that YOU are the SOLE person responsible for your account. They don't HAVE to help get the account you already lost back. If they do, that's above and beyond. In the future, don't get hacked.
