Technical Change Name. Coins

Hello guys, i am new here .
I would like to change the name of my character and apparentely it cost 5 coins, so i went to the the donation place to buy coins but it doesnt work.

Tried to open a ticket to any GM, but its doesnt work also.
Anyone can help me with this? I only really need coins to change the name of the pj, not to buy anything.

About the donation page, is there technical difficulties, or is there no donation method offered (for your country)?

IIRC, Faction/Race Change should offer you the opportunity to rename yourself.

There could be limit on some realm(s).

Icecrown's Faction change allows you to change name.
Most likely Race change is the same.
Icecrown also offers Character Rename for 10 points.
