WotLK Character with errors on Titles

I recently purchased a character and it have issues with titles, there's no titles being shown and when you clicked the "choose title options which is the show more option arrow pointing down in "C" character interface" it provides error as below. I have deleted WTF folder and disabled all addons to see if its the issue but so far error still persist.

Send an ingame message to GM, got a replied to "try completing or abandoning my quests" which i have no ongoing quest for me to complete or abandon.

I got another reply to disable WOD character models that supposingly to fix a wide variety of issues.
Data folder > rename patch-w.mpq & patch-enUS-w.mpq > logged in problem persist
Deleted both the file entirely > logged in, still doesn't fix the issue
