Technical Authenticator invalid code

Earlier today my son(5 yrs old) accidentally changed my phone password and he totally forgot the new password he inputted. I had to factory reset my phone to have to unlocked but all of my apps are erased. I had to reinstall everything.

One of my accounts in Icecrown is google authenticator enabled.
I still have the copy of my manual authenticator code key saved in my email when I activated it for security back-up purposes.

When I re-registered my warmane account in the google authenticator it successfully produced the 6 digit code. However, everytime I inputted it in the log.in it says invalid code.

Does anyone knows how to solve this issue?
