WotLK Can't see/roll need/greed/pass window

Everytime I'm in group/dungeon, I can't roll any items, everything I see is what everyone rolled and who won it.
It used to work perfectly but all of the sudden it doesn't anymore. I've looked for millon of solutions and nothing works, I've even reinstalled the game and removed/tweaked every external addon and nothing works. And group settings are fine so that's not the problem either.

At chat window, right click on "general" -> Settings -> Click on "Chat Defaults" (it is at bottom left corner) -> Accept

afterward, as test, type /roll
you should be able to finally see "roll" message


Or maybe you are talking about "group loot" system? (with need/greed function)

yes, i meant the "group loot" system, for example, everytime you kill a boss in a dungeon that drops items, that window with need/greed doesn't pop up, and I can't need, greed or pass any item, so I'm missing items because of that.

Try executing

/console cvar_default

Copy-paste it in chat and press Enter.

Also, what addons are you using?
