Site non locked coins

I have 17 coins at the moment, 6 are locked and i bought 11 coins, but now when i want to spend those 11 coins on trade ( not on store ) it says that i dont have enough non locked coins to purchase items from trade

could anyone help me with this issue?

p.s. even when i try to buy something for 3 coins on trade i get the same message

select a realm -> a character -> coins -> "Coin gifing"

How many coins can you gift?
(you should see a message like this: "You are eligible to send gifts of up to X coins, you have Y coins.")
