Secure Ability Toggle

Hello,

When you go to Interface > Action Bars

there is an option called " Secure Ability Toggle "

What exactly this option do?

And do i needed to have it checked or unchecked?

I am PvP arena player btw.

It's there so you don't turn shadowform and other abilities off if you spam their hotkey. Generally you want that option enabled.
