Technical characters missing, one remaining also does not have a name

Hi all, Ive returned after a 7 month or so hiatus from not playing warmane
Ive logged in, I used to have 7 characters on lordaeron, currently I only see 2, and only 1 even has a name and it is also impossible to log into the nameless character. My other character is fine though.
Im not sure what has happened here, and I was wondering if anyone could explain this or if this is a common bug maybe, id also like my characters back
