1. Multiboxing on multiple 5man MBX at the same time?

i keep seeing multiboxers in WG using multiple seperate 5man MBX'ers to bend the rules around the 5 character limit. (today i saw 1 player controlling 3 seperate 5mans, for a total of 15chars)

it is very easy to notice these players as they sit still or auto run while their other MBX runs around.

i have witnessed this pretty much every WG and ive reported one particular player 3 times already. (this one particular MBX'er is using 2 seperate accounts to defend southern workshops alone)

i am not able to force these players to prove themselves since i am not a GM. but it is something that is very easy to prove. (ip tracing / activity times / asking them to move in opposite directions at the same time)

what do i have to do to prove this to warmane staff?

  2. There should already be active measures going against MB teams larger than 5. If you think the player is managing to bypass this, all you can do is report with solid evidence (video, screenshots) and making in-game ticket.

  3. The automatic measures only work if all the characters are in the same place and connect from the same IP address... which is why that guy can bypass them.

  4. clearly there isnt an automatic measure to prevent logging into more than 5 accounts, and this is proven by the fact that it happens all the time, you are allowed to log into more than 5 accounts while in dalaran, and while in a raid instance so what is the automatic measure?

this player in question is online right now in WG on both accounts, i have screenshots of his activity hours logging in and out of both accounts at the same time.
i have recorded video of him moving on only 1 mbx at a time. yet nothing is being done about this person.

  5. There are automatic measures, but like anything else they aren't 100% foolproof and if someone really wants to break our rules and put the work involved in it, they probably could do it. Either way, as has already been said, all that can be done is reporting with enough valid and viable evidence. Also, it's healthy to come to terms that it could possibly not be just one person. I don't know this case (and this isn't me asking to know more about it), but it could be similar to all the "AH bots" people constantly complain we do nothing about, when often they're actual real people dedicating time and making vast use of add-ons available to everyone.

that is very possible, but as a player of the game with no power over other people, i cant get said person to prove anything.

thats kinda what im asking, what do i have to do to prove it? i have screenshots showing him logging in and out of 2 sets of mbx within 30 seconds over 20 times. i have video evidence showing that only 1 set moves at the same time, idk what else i can do myself to prove it. i cant tell them both to meet me and turn individually. i cant force them to do anything. so if they just ignore me there is no way for me to prove anything xD
