For a very long time I have had the feeling that when people respawn in the graveyard of a battleground they take much reduced damage for a few seconds.
Has anybody else noticed the same thing? Is this a blizzlike thing?

i noticed it too, damage is reduced by around 80% for like first 4 seconds after respawn. I guess thats to prevent gy camping.

So it is not a custom change as I had initially thought. There is a 75% damage reduction while Spirit Heal lasts (6 seconds) that was there during retail.
