WotLK Downloading addons?

hey there new to the private server, how do i go about putting addons into my game?

if you entered in-game with a character at leats once, a folder for addons should have been created.

You can find it inside WoW folder -> Interface folder -> AddOns folder.
Place your addons there.

In order to find addons compatible for 3.3.5a, search on google: "addonName wotlk" or "addonName 3.3.5"
Usually website like curseforge have older version of each addon, so you can find the ones for Wotlk there as well.
