Is Blazing Hippogryph 150% or 280% flying speed?

wondering before i drop 85k gold on it, I asked people in global chat, and I had mixed answers, a lot of people are saying its 150, and some are saying its 280, does anyone own it so I can confirm?

It depends on the flying skill you trained. If you've trained fast flying, it should be 280. If not, then 150.
