Hello guys my question is how long it takes to the team to answer General Enquiry ticket in the website from Premium member? I have a bit of trouble with my account and from emails they the team advised me to make a ticket since i am a premium member , but 4 days already no answer and the emails we exchanged took sometime as well. Thank you!!

If ticket was in-game, they have no priority. On site you have to wait, nothing else you can do
