Looking for Raids

This is Icecrown in a nutshell from my own experience so far:
You want to come raid? Yes? You need gear from this? Yes? Well, then you're not invited!
You can come when you overgear the instance by 200gs at very minimum.

GS requirements are higher on Icecrown than they are on Lordaeron... :| Yes, the server that is twice as hard has lower requirements, something's wrong here..!

I'm looking for a guild where my friends and I can join the raids, 5 to 10 spots. Experienced players, low gearscores, perfect mechanics and full clear almost naked... You don't need much gs if you have brains and skill, who would have guessed :D We'll push LOD at 5.5k gs easily.

I can totally follow what you mean.

And the gs has gone through the roof. Much more than needed, but of course pugs are always much higher than guild reqs.

I have generally been bringing guild members to our ICCs with 4,5k or above. There's always a few with high gs to help carry anyways, but skills > gear. The main issue of course for a group like yourselves is finding a place that can fit in so many people - to some extent it might be easier for you to make your own guild.

You are very welcome to join us at Guardians of Justice, but we might not be "hardcore" enough for you. Best of luck finding the right fit :)
